Types of sub-brands

Within the Otodom family there are sub-brands which identity and promote selected service, events or initaiatives. The Visual Identity System provides different approaches for branding of these entities.
Depending on the name, affiliation overall sub-brand characteristic there are 3 Templates of creating logotypes for the sub-brands: Derivative, Dependent, Independent

Derivative Sub-brands

Sub-brands which are being created by adding a name after "Otodom" are called derivative brands.
A dedicated symbol for that kind of a sub-brand can replace the main symbol and function in the same way as the Otodom's logotype. The sub-brands' color can be derived from the additional color palette or an additional color which works with the Navy can be created.

Template of derivative sub-brands

A derivative sub-brand can function with the symbol which stands for the letter "o", in the same way it does in the basic Logotype. It can also function in the same way as Logo Symbol does.The graphic shows a template which describes the way to create sub-brands. Always use an authorized Template. After designing a new symbol use the template to designs the logo using the basics design principles.

Dependent sub-brands

Second type of otodom's sub-brands is a dependent sub-brand. This type of brand has its own name and does not directly refer to Otodom. Dependent sub-brands can be great logos for events, social initiatives or loyalty programmes. A dependent sub-brand needs to be established within Otodom. We can achieve that by using visual elements of the brand identity such as typography or the main green colors of the shape of the square.

Additionally these sub-brands offer additional variant with subtext "project of Otodom" which informs about the affiliation. This subtext uses Logo Minimal as it's small and has an informative function.

Template of dependent sub-brand

A dependents sub-brand is based on a simple Template with a name written using Sora font and a dedicated symbol over green square. The graphic shows Template which describes the way to create sub-brands. Always use an authorized Template. After designing a new symbol use template to designs the logo using the basics design principles.

Projects

Within the sub-brands there is also a sseparate category: Projects. The Patterns can be used to create a logo for a specific project. A precedent sub-brand Agent PRO uses a Pattern of a derivative sub-brand, even though under its umbrella it also has sub-brands which use an independent pattern.

The structure of each sub-brand should be estabilished internally and the Patterns do not have an effect on sub-brands or projects.

Akademia Agenta PRO

A platform dedicated to the exchange of knowlege an aimed at real estate agents and agencies. Its main goal it is to supports agents and their productivity, by offering most current information.

Independent sub-brands

Lighthouse

Another concept of creating sub-brands is an independent sub-brand. it should only be allowed in very specific sitauations and only for orginal initiatives, which should stand out amongst others.
An example of this type sub-brand is Lighthouse which has a distinctive logotype that corresponds with its name, but has certain elements of the Otodom brand included, like colors and typography.
